Brooke Taylor
Brooke Taylor joined the ABC13 team in July 2021.

Previously, she was a weekend anchor/weekday reporter in Providence, Rhode Island. During her time in Providence, she broke multiple stories that garnered national attention, including a story on the governor defying her own stay-at-home advisory. Brooke was responsible for the top four stories ranked in her station's "Most Viewed Stories of 2020." Brooke isn't afraid to ask the tough questions and hold public officials accountable. In 2020, she broke a story about a police department's failure to search for a missing man, which resulted in his mother discovering her own dead son in a creek.

Brooke got her start in Elmira, New York, where she was the main anchor. During her time at WETM, she hosted the NBC Olympic Zone during the Pyongyang Winter Olympics, field anchored NASCAR weekend and moderated the congressional debate for New York's 23rd District.

Brooke is a proud graduate of the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications, where she majored in Broadcast Journalism.

She is originally from New York City, but excited to make Houston her new home!
